Sports Clubs and Teams
HKUST has over 30 Sports Clubs under the Students' Union, providing varied sports activities. Guided by an Advisor from the Dean of Students' Office, clubs get support for planning, fundraising, and facility use. Students form teams for local and global competitions, encouraging cultural exchange.
Over 50 HKUST Sports Teams, created via these clubs, compete in inter-collegiate and international events like USFHK and All China University Games since 1991, winning awards. Clubs host tournaments in sports like archery and volleyball, and promote sports and cultural exchanges with overseas universities.
