Choose Your Character (2-Session Program)
You are the main character in your life story. But how often do we give space to explore what that actually means? Choose Your Character is a two-session program that offers the space for you to playfully explore the question:
Who do you want to be?
In video games, creating a character can be exciting and revealing. When asked, "Who do you want to be?" you make bold choices based on values, intuition, curiosity, and what feels authentic. When we're asked this question in real life, it can feel daunting. What's the difference? The idea of play and the freedom to experiment with the question.
This two-part workshop series uses that same spirit of playful self-discovery to help you begin identify your core values, strengths, and how you wish to show up in the world. Through the use of LEGOs, guided interactive activities, and reflection, you will have the opportunity to create, recreate, and reimagine who you want to be.
In this series, you'll ultimately discover:
- What activities and ways of being feel most authentic to you,
- What matters most when you make decisions,
- The difference between what you are good at and what energizes you.
