1: To Talk or Not to Talk? Starting Difficult Conversations
2: Why Can’t We Get Each Other? Understanding and Being Understood
3: Let’s Go or Let Go? Essentials for Building Strong Relationships
Date: 8, 13, 15 Jan 2026 (Thu/Tue/Thu)
Time: 2:30 – 4:30 pm
Remarks:
- This is a HMAW1905-recognized program in the “Personal Enrichment & Community Service” category under the "Self-directed Experience" of HMAW1905.
- You need to attend at least 2 sessions in full (miss no more than 10 mins) to get 4-6 hrs; your attendance will be uploaded at the end of the program.
