Finance Trading Game!
A group of FINA students has created a trading game and invites Year 1 students to participate. This interactive game offers a hands-on introduction to finance and portfolio management. Participants will take on the role of portfolio managers, aiming to maximize profits for a client starting with USD 25,000 over a simulated 5-year period. Students can build their portfolios by selecting from various stocks and bonds with different risk profiles and responding to market news and rumors. The event consists of multiple rounds, providing ample opportunities for teamwork, strategy development, and learning about real-world trading dynamics. It’s a fun and practical way to experience financial markets for the first time.
