CREATE: Moving Care
CREATE: Moving Care
“Moving Care”, a movement workshop connecting self-care and body awareness
When was the last time you took a quiet walk just for yourself?
Do you have a "self-care" routine?
What does care mean to you?
In this 2-hour workshop, we will explore self and care through somatic awareness. We focus on the essence and potential of bodily sensation. No dance experience is necessary. From breathing exercise to sensory exploration, from body-voice to imagination, we invite you to connect mind and body through movement and welcome the authenticity of each’s presence.
Care, is an act of collective movement. It’s not merely a personal healing practice. Together, we invite you to join our shared journey — connecting through a solo-to-collective experience.
This workshop is part of Project CREATE – an initiative designed to enhance students’ wellbeing and resilience through expressive arts.
