Description:

How do our family dynamics shape who we are today? This workshop invites adult children to take a closer look at their relationships with their family of origin. Through role-play, theatrical interaction, and theoretical discussion, we’ll use humor and empathy to re-examine how we relate to our loved ones. Participants will develop a deeper understanding of family dynamics and find new ways to navigate family relationships with greater ease.
