香港中華基督教青年會柴灣長者鄰舍中心主要的服務對象為60歲或以上的長者及護老者，柴灣區的人口老化，中心的會友平均年齡已達76歲。單位服務的目標：關注長者及護老者身、心、社、靈各方面的需要，提供多元化活動，讓長者得享積極、豐盛的晚年；建立護老者支援網絡，舒緩護老者之壓力；為體弱及缺乏支援的長者提供適切關懷及支援服務，協助他們於社區安老；為長者及其家人提供一站式專業個案輔導服務，協助他們及早處理情緒及生活各方面問題；為⾦齡⼈⼠提供不同的服務，以保持⾝⼼及⽣活健康、培養新興趣及發展社交網路。

Shortlisted candidates will be invited to an interview held in mid-November 2025.
