Do you have many old items in your room that you no longer use? You might not know how to deal with them or feel reluctant to throw them away. Over time, your living space can become cluttered. For neurodivergent, they may struggle to find things in a chaotic environment and stay organized.

No matter who you are, you can take control of your surroundings and optimize your space. In this seminar, the certified organizer will share practical decluttering tips and introduce tailored ADHD-friendly ways of organizing. Beyond our living spaces, we also need to take care of our minds. As we navigate through various daily challenges, we can accumulate emotional "cluttering”. We will explore the concept of mental decluttering in the seminar, which focuses on letting go of emotional clutter to promote our well-being and peace.

Don’t miss this opportunity to manage your living space and promote more peaceful mind!
