This workshop invites you to explore unresolved emotional wounds and patterns in interpersonal relationships. Participants will learn how adverse childhood experiences and attachment trauma impact the formation of close relationships. By the end of the workshop, participants will gain insights into addressing unresolved emotional wounds and building stronger connections with others.

Remarks: 

• The workshop will be delivered online via Zoom.
• Successful registrants will receive confirmation email with a link to the online session.
• This is a HMAW1905-recognized event in the "Personal Enrichment & Community Service" category under the "Self-directed Experience" of HMAW1905: Behavioral Foundations of University Education: Habits, Mindsets, and Wellness.
• To receive 1.5 hours, you must attend the event in full and miss no more than 10mins.
• This workshop may be triggering to participants who have experienced interpersonal or attachment trauma. You are encouraged to bring resources to support yourself (e.g. a cup of hot chocolate, a soft cushion, etc.) or to take a break during session if necessary. It is normal to have emotional reactions, please take care of yourself as much as you can.
